Downloading Workbooks and Assignments

All available Workbooks and Assignments can be downloaded from their respective module folders, which are located in the download sections below.

Currently, the Workbooks are available in English. However, they may also be offered in Swahili and Luganda over time. Additional languages may be added based on student requests. 

To find a specific Workbook or Assignment follow these steps:

• First, ensure the download section is set to the ‘Home’ position.
• This will display individual module folders containing the Workbooks and Assignments.
• The folder structure is similar to what you would find on computers or electronic devices.

Before downloading a file, you have the option to preview it.

• On a PC or tablet, hover over the file to see the Workbook or Assignment’s cover.
• On a smartphone, you might need to tap the three dots to view the preview. With a little practice, this process will become straightforward.

Completing Workbooks and Assignments

These Workbooks are designed to be completed directly within the PDF file, eliminating the need for printing.

Assignments, regardless of their version, can be downloaded to an electronic device, completed electronically, and then exported for submission. You can send completed files to COGMA for assessment via email or Signal, without needing to print them.

New Online Submission Feature

We have introduced a new feature allowing Assignments to be completed online, without downloading them. Once completed, they are automatically submitted to COGMA.

In addition, module assignments will gradually be added for online submission.
